Shipping costs:
We charge a flat rate regardless of the weight of your order (and sadly, shipping from Holland is not cheap). All parcels are shipped with Track&Trace as well as they are insured for up to 500 Euros.
Shipping costs will automatically appear as soon as you select your shipping country. If there is no option available please contact us via email.
All orders above 400€ are shipped free of charge!
- Belgium/Germany/Luxembourg – 10€
- Denmark, France, Italy, Monaco, Austria, Spain – 15€
- Portugal, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Norway, Turkey, Switzerland – 20€
- Rest of the world – 25€ – Please note that we are currently unable to ship to the UK or the US
Shipping time:
Shipping times can vary based on location (and customs process). We ship 3-4 times every week and always do our best to get your parcel out as soon as possible. Below you can find an estimation (working days):
- Mainland Europe: 3-5 days
- Rest of Europe: 5-10 days
- Australia: 2-3 weeks
- Canada: 2-3 weeks
- North America: 2-4 weeks
- South America: 2-4 weeks
Custom charges:
As the buyer, you are responsible for any customs charges that your order may incur.
VAT:
All prices shown in the store are including VAT. If you are living outside of the EU then VAT will automatically be deducted as soon as you select your shipping country.
